André Duchette

André G. Duchette is a Maine native and concentrates his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions representing buyers, sellers and lenders in all facets of the transaction, land use disputes, municipal law, business law, wills, trusts and probate matters and civil litigation.  Mr. Duchette is admitted to practice in both Maine and Federal Courts.

Mr. Duchette obtained his B.A. in Psychology from Middlebury College and earned his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law.  Mr. Duchette currently serves as Chair of the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program and volunteers regularly with Maine Adaptive Sports.

Mr. Duchette resides in Brunswick, Maine with his wife Nicole and two daughters.  He enjoys the outdoors and when not practicing law can usually be found with a flyrod or lacrosse stick in his hand.
